• Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. Warranty and Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee under German law (§§ 434–437 BGB).
 This guarantee ensures that goods are free from defects at the time of delivery and remain functional for two years.
 Customers may request repair or replacement. If unsuccessful, they may request a price reduction or cancel the contract.
 Any additional commercial warranties do not affect your legal rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
 We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of cosmetic products. Please read product labels carefully.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
