Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used beauty products (e.g., skincare, foundation, lip products) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your Purchesa.de account and go to the “My Orders” section.
- Select the order and click “Request a Return”—provide a brief reason for the request.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return confirmation email with details and instructions.

Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You’ll need to arrange and pay for return shipping, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped, as outlined in our [Terms & Conditions].
- Packaging Tip: Be sure to pack your return securely to prevent any damage in transit.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you via email.
- A full refund (excluding the original delivery charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Exchanges & Replacements
- If you’d prefer a different shade, variant, or item, simply include your request when submitting the return—and we’ll do our best to accommodate the exchange if the product is in stock.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
