Return Guidelines

At Purchesa.de, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, here’s what you need to know:

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used beauty products (e.g., skincare, foundation, lip products) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

Log into your Purchesa.de account and go to the "My Orders" section.
Select the order and click "Request a Return"—provide a brief reason for the request.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return confirmation email with details and instructions.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: You’ll need to arrange and pay for return shipping, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped, as outlined in our [Terms & Conditions].
Packaging Tip:Be sure to pack your return securely to prevent any damage in transit.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days ), we’ll notify you via email.
A full refund (excluding the original delivery charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you'd prefer a different shade, variant, or item, simply include your request when submitting the return—and we’ll do our best to accommodate the exchange if the product is in stock.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a defective or wrong product? We're truly sorry! Please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving your order, and send us a photo of the issue. We’ll promptly offer a replacement or full refund.

Cancellation Policy

At Purchesa.de, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. Our aim is to make the process simple while ensuring fairness to all customers.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel, contact our Customer Support with your order number and reason for cancellation.
This cancellation right applies only to orders placed by consumers (not businesses) and does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may follow our Returns & Refunds Policy once you receive the item.

Refund Timeline

Approved cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
